2 kiwis
2 mangoes
100 blue cheeses
100 grams lettuce

Wash the lettuces and place them in a salad bowl.
Cut the mangoes into long slices and the kiwis into rounds.
Add the mango and kiwis to the lettuce (setting some aside) and mix.
Garnish with the reserved mango and kiwi slices and crumble the blue cheese on top.
