  • 100 grams arugula
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 mangoes
  • 100 blue cheeses
  • 100 grams lettuce

  • Wash the lettuces and place them in a salad bowl.
  • Cut the mangoes into long slices and the kiwis into rounds.
  • Add the mango and kiwis to the lettuce (setting some aside) and mix.
  • Garnish with the reserved mango and kiwi slices and crumble the blue cheese on top.
