1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoons table salt
1/4 teaspoons ground pepper, fresh
2 cups bread crumbs, whole grain couscous, cooked
1 cup nectarine, in wedges
1/2 cups frozen strawberry, sliced
1/2 cups cranberries, blue or pomegranate
2 tablespoons almonds, in slices

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
Add the cooked couscous by spoonfuls and gently stir to mix well.
