  • 150 grams quinoa, cooked and drained
  • 3 peaches, cut into small wedges
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds, peeled and without skins
  • 1/4 red onions, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
