1 Romaine lettuce
2 carrots
1 cucumber
15 walnuts
20 grams toasted sesame seeds
1 Golden Delicious apple, It can be red if you prefer.
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 teaspoon honey

Wash and disinfect the lettuce with iodine or chlorine drops following the package instructions.
Meanwhile, grate or finely julienne the carrot and cucumber. Set aside.
Cut the apple into medium cubes. Store in a covered container to prevent oxidation.
Cut the walnuts into small pieces. Set aside.
For the dressing: in a small bowl, mix the mirin, soy sauce, and honey.
Drain the lettuce and tear it roughly with your hands.
Decorate with sesame seeds.
