Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 15 walnuts
  • 20 grams toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 yellow apple, It can be red if you prefer
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mirin (sweet rice vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the lettuce with drops of iodine or chlorine following the package instructions.
In the meantime stripe or cut the carrot and cucumber very finely. Reservation.
Cut the apple into medium cubes. Reserve in a container with lid to prevent rusting.
Cut the nuts into thin pieces. Reservation
For the dressing: in a small bowl mix the mirin, soy sauce and honey.
