1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1 slice bread, cubed rye
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 pears, ripe, firm
1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
60 grams blue cheese, crumbled

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Arrange the walnuts, bread, rosemary, garlic, and oil on a baking sheet; mix well and toast until fragrant for 5 to 6 minutes. Let cool.
Cut the pears in half, remove the core, and slice. Place in a small bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining juice, cream, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and half of the cheese.
Arrange the spinach on the plates and top with the pears, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the walnut mixture.
Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
