Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 slice bread, rye cubes
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 pears, mature, firm
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, cool
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 60 grams blue cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Arrange nuts, bread, rosemary, garlic and oil in a baking dish; stir well and toast until they release their aroma for 5 to 6 minutes. Let it cool.
Split the pears in two, remove the heart and slice. Take a small container and bathe with a spoonful of lemon juice. Stir well.
In a small bowl mix the rest of the juice, the cream, the English sauce, the pepper and half the cheese.
Arrange the spinach on the plates and on top distribute the pears, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and the preparation of nuts.
Bathe with the dressing and serve.
