Roasted Strawberry Salad

Add a special touch to the usual salad with this delicious, super tasty, and nutritious recipe; the little ones will love it as it is sweet and varied.

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 10 strawberries 10 strawberries

  • 100 grams walnuts, in pieces
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • 100 grams almonds, fileted

  • Oven Preheated to 180° C
  • Toast the almonds and the walnut. Set aside.
  • In an aluminum mold, place the strawberries cut in half with the sugar and olive oil. Bake at 180° C for 5 minutes or until the sugar has melted and the strawberries are soft.
  • In a salad bowl, place the spinach with the walnut and almonds. Add the goat cheese and mix until combined.
  • Drizzle with the honey that came from the strawberries and enjoy.
