1/4 cups lime juice
1 Jalapeño chile, chopped and seedless
1 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon peppermint, finely chopped
250 grams queso fresco, crumbled
1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
