Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 kilo of watermelon cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon of basil leaf finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Mint leaf finely chopped
  • 250 grams of fresh cheese fallen apart
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cayenne pepper

    Preparation

    Stir all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
    Put the cubes in an extended dish and sprinkle with finely chopped mint and basil leaves.

    PRESENTATION
