Spinach Salad with Chicken

This salad is perfect for summer. It is light, full of flavor, and very nutritious. The FAGE Total® 0% yogurt adds a delicious taste. It is a perfect salad to take to work and have a healthy meal.

  • 2 cups boneless chicken breast
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 cups mango
  • 60 grams cherry tomato
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 40 grams candied pecans

  • Cook the chicken breast in salted water. Once cooked, remove the excess water and shred it.
  • Grate the garlic and add it to the FAGE Total® 0% Greek Yogurt along with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the mango into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Wash and disinfect the spinach. Dry it very well and remove the central vein with the help of a knife.
  • In a mason jar, arrange the ingredients so that the layers are visible. Start by placing a bed of spinach, then the mango cubes, followed by the shredded chicken breast, the cherry tomatoes, another layer of spinach, and top it with the FAGE Total® 0% Greek Yogurt dressing. Finish with some caramelized walnuts.
