This salad is perfect for summer. It is light, full of flavor, and very nutritious. The FAGE Total® 0% yogurt adds a delicious taste. It is a perfect salad to take to work and have a healthy meal.

Cook the chicken breast in salted water. Once cooked, remove the excess water and shred it. Grate the garlic and add it to the FAGE Total® 0% Greek Yogurt along with salt and pepper. Cut the mango into cubes and the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash and disinfect the spinach. Dry it very well and remove the central vein with the help of a knife. In a mason jar, arrange the ingredients so that the layers are visible. Start by placing a bed of spinach, then the mango cubes, followed by the shredded chicken breast, the cherry tomatoes, another layer of spinach, and top it with the FAGE Total® 0% Greek Yogurt dressing. Finish with some caramelized walnuts.
