Delicious and simple fruit salad. A light and refreshing dessert for hot days or when you want to watch your weight but still enjoy something delicious.
Peel and segment the oranges, working over a large bowl to catch the juice. Place the orange segments in the bowl and add the grapefruit segments.
Peel and core the pineapple. Cut it into pieces and add it to the rest of the fruit. Incorporate the kiwi and sliced banana, and sprinkle with sugar if needed. Mix the fruits and let them chill for 2 hours before serving.
Cut the melon into cubes, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and add it to the bowl. Reserve the rind to serve part of the salad inside as decoration.
