Preparation
Peel and divide the oranges into segments, working on a large container so that the juice is not wasted. Put the orange segments in the bowl and add the segments of the grapefruit.
Peel and remove the heart of the pineapple. Cut it into pieces and add it to the rest of the fruit. Stir in the kiwi and banana slices and sprinkle with sugar if necessary. Mix the fruits and let them cool 2 hours before serving.
Cut the melon into cubes, remove the pulp with a spoon and add it to the container. Reserve the shell to serve part of the salad inside as a decoration.
