1 cup cherry tomato
1 cup watermelon
1/4 red onions, into slices
1 cup arugula
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste

Cut a watermelon in half and use a melon baller to scoop out balls of fruit. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix the watermelon, tomatoes, onion, and arugula in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Once you are ready to eat the salad, add the dressing.
