Watermelon Salad with Cheeses and Bacon

A salad that has the ideal combination for any palate.   • 1 red sangria lettuce
  • 1 lettuce, China
  • 1 bag chard, baby
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams goat cheese
  • walnuts, in small pieces to taste
  • watermelons, cut into small cubes to taste
  • blacks sesame seeds, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • balsamic vinegar reduction, to taste
  • 200 grams bacon, cut into cubes and browned

  • Disinfect the lettuces and baby Swiss chard.
  • Mix the two cheeses and make small balls, rolling them in the walnuts to coat. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Brown the bacon cubes, letting the excess fat drain on a paper towel. Set aside.
  • Cut the watermelon into small cubes and mix with the previously disinfected lettuces and Swiss chard.
  • Once on each plate or in a serving dish, add the cheese and bacon balls, drizzle with balsamic oil, and garnish with some strips of balsamic glaze and black sesame.
