1/2 cups grapefruit juice
1/2 teaspoons table salt
1 cup papaya, cut into small sticks
1 bitter orange, in wedges
1 grapefruit, in wedges
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seedless, and in half-moons
2 cups watermelon, seedless, in small cubes
2 cups cottage cheese, drained
1/3 cups basil, whole

Vinaigrette: in a bowl mix oil, salt, and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice.
Serve in a salad bowl or deep bowl the papaya, orange and grapefruit wedges, cucumber, watermelon, and cottage cheese.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette and garnish with basil.
