1 package tricolor fusilli pasta
6 sticks surimi, finely chopped
1 cucumber, large seedless and diced
10 olives, chopped
1 mango, medium diced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 bottle Italian dressing
8 limes, extract the juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cook the pasta in plenty of water.
Once the pasta is cooked, let it cool a bit and pour it into a large salad bowl.
Add the rest of the chopped ingredients.
Add all the Italian dressing and lemon juice along with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well and adjust the flavor; refrigerate to cool.
