Garden Salad

Try this delicious salad with a mix of lettuces, tomato, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Great for a light meal and a dish full of flavor and color.

  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 leaves butterhead lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 4 leaves red sangria lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, washed, disinfected, and cut in halves
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, deveined and seeded, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cups red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • Tear the lettuce by hand into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Place all the vegetables in a bowl and mix them well.
  • Add the 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth along with the olive oil and vinegar. Mix and integrate everything well to season evenly.
