Greek Salad with Shrimp

Refresh yourself on those hot days with this delicious Greek salad with shrimp.

  • 1 kilo shrimp, peeled but with tails, cooked
  • 1/2 cups red cabbage, slices
  • 500 grams lettuce, mixed of various types
  • 100 grams strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 200 grams sweet onions with extra special serrano peppers, diced
  • 3 tablespoons black olives
  • 2 tablespoons tomatillo, sun-dried
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • 1/4 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cucumber, seedless diced
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Place the Mazola Olive and Soy oil, yogurt, and lemon juice in a glass cup and emulsify with a whisk or fork. Season with salt and pepper; and finally add the cucumber.
  • Place the lettuces, cabbage, and tomatoes in a bowl, pour half of the dressing, and mix several times.
  • Add the cheese, olives, strawberries, and shrimp, mix, and pour the other half of the dressing. Season.
