Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, peeled but with cola, cooked
  • 1/2 cups purple cabbage, slices
  • 500 grams lettuce, mixed of various types
  • 100 grams strawberry, cut in four
  • 200 grams sweet onions with serrano chiles extra special, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons black olives
  • 2 tablespoons tomato, dried in the sun
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • 1/4 cups natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber, without seed in cubes
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Place the Mazola Oliva y Soya oil, the yogurt and the lemon juice in a glass cup and emulsify with a balloon or fork whisk. Season with salt and pepper; and finally add the cucumber.
Place the lettuce, cabbage, and tomatoes in a bowl, pour half of the dressing and mix several times.
Add the cheese, olives, strawberries and shrimp, mix and pour the other half of the dressing. Season

PRESENTATION

Serve in individual bowls, give a different touch decorating with some flowers.
