Preparation
Place the Mazola Oliva y Soya oil, the yogurt and the lemon juice in a glass cup and emulsify with a balloon or fork whisk. Season with salt and pepper; and finally add the cucumber.
Place the lettuce, cabbage, and tomatoes in a bowl, pour half of the dressing and mix several times.
