Place the Mazola Olive and Soy oil, yogurt, and lemon juice in a glass cup and emulsify with a whisk or fork. Season with salt and pepper; and finally add the cucumber. Place the lettuces, cabbage, and tomatoes in a bowl, pour half of the dressing, and mix several times.
