  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1/4 cucumbers, peeled and seeded

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 500 grams shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cups arugula
  • 1/4 red onions, sliced
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, cut into halves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
