Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper
  • 1/4 of piece of cucumber without seeds or the peel
  • enough of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Powder Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 500 grams of shrimp Cleaned and without the shell
  • 1/4 of Cup of celery Finely chopped
  • 2 cups of lettuce
  • 1 Cup of spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of arugula
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion filleted
  • 1 piece of Avocado from Mexico in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato in halves
  • 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Blend the lemon juice with serrano pepper, cucumber, salt, garlic and onion powder.
    Marinate the shrimp with the previous mixture for 20 minutes in refrigeration or until they change color.
    In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the celery with the lettuce, spinach, arugula, purple onion, avocado and tomatoes. Garnish with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad in a bowl and enjoy.

    TIPS

    The acids denatures the shrimp proteins so that is considered a "cooking".
