Homemade salad

This homemade salad recipe is very simple to prepare, it is quick and delicious. Prepare it any day of the week, it is perfect to accompany any dish.

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/8 cups vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado

  • Wash the lettuce, drain the water and dry it.
  • Beat the olive oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thick slices.
  • Cut the avocado into slices.
  • Separate the lettuce leaves and stir with the tomato and avocado.
  • Empty the olive oil dressing, stir.
  • Serve immediately.
