  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/8 cups vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Wash the lettuce, drain the water and dry it.
Beat the olive oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into thick slices.
Cut the avocado into slices.
Separate the lettuce leaves and stir with the tomato and avocado.
Empty the olive oil dressing, stir.
Serve immediately.
