The lettuce is disinfected in leaves, then the disinfected lettuce is torn with fingers, dried, and incorporated into a salad bowl.
Next, the carrot is washed, peeled, and grated, then added to the salad bowl.
The cucumber is washed very well, dried, and finely chopped without seeds.
The jicama is washed, peeled, and grated, then added to the other ingredients and mixed with a pinch of salt.
Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
