Lettuce and Carrot Salad

Rich lettuce and carrot salad, this salad can be accompanied with the dressing of your choice or simply with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • 1/4 lettuce, disinfected
  • 4 carrots, striped
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pinch salt

  • The lettuce in leaves is disinfected after having disinfected the minced lettuce with the fingers, it is dried and incorporated in a salad bowl.
  • Subsequently, carrot is washed, peeled and scratched, incorporated into the salad bowl.
  • The cucumber is washed very well, dried and chopped very finely without seed.
  • The jicama is washed, peeled and scratched, incorporated with the other ingredients, stirred with a pinch of salt.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
