Lettuce and Carrot Salad

Delicious lettuce and carrot salad, this salad can be accompanied with your preferred dressing or simply with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • 1/4 lettuce, disinfected
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pinch salt

  • The lettuce is disinfected in leaves, then the disinfected lettuce is torn with fingers, dried, and incorporated into a salad bowl.
  • Next, the carrot is washed, peeled, and grated, then added to the salad bowl.
  • The cucumber is washed very well, dried, and finely chopped without seeds.
  • The jicama is washed, peeled, and grated, then added to the other ingredients and mixed with a pinch of salt.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
