Rich salad of lettuce and carrot, this salad can be accompanied with the dressing of your choice or simply with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 lettuce, disinfected
  • 4 carrots, scratched
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Lettuce leaves are disinfected after disinfected, the lettuce with dried fingers is incorporated into a salad bowl.
