2 cloves garlic
1 sprig parsley
2 potatoes, steamed

Peel the garlic and crush it.
Wash the parsley thoroughly and then chop it very finely.
Set aside all these ingredients raw.
Steam the potatoes with salt to your liking and then chop them into small cubes, add oil and salt.
Mix these ingredients with the lettuce and celery and serve the salad cold.
