Lettuce and Celery Salad

  • lettuce, and chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 2 potatoes, steamed

  • Peel the garlic and mash it
  • Wash the parsley thoroughly and then chop it very finely.
  • In raw, it sets aside all these ingredients.
  • Steam the potatoes with salt to your liking and then chop them into small cubes, add oil and salt.
  • Mix these ingredients with the lettuce and celery and serve the salad cold.
