Preparation
Peel the garlic and mash it
Wash perfectly the parsley and then chop it very fine.
In raw separates all these ingredients.
Cook the potatoes steamed with salt to your liking and then chop them in small cubes, add oil and salt.
Mix these ingredients with the lettuce and celery and serve the salad cold.
