Light Christmas Salad

This apple salad recipe is a twist on the traditional Christmas recipe, but for those looking to eat healthier and with less sugar or calories. It's also ideal for the little ones at home, as it remains the delicious apple salad but in an incredible version. Try it for this holiday season!

  • 4 apples
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons lime
  • 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk, with 50% less sugar
  • peppermint, for garnish

  • Peel the apples, cut them into medium cubes, and set aside in a bowl with water and a few drops of lemon.
  • Drain the apples and add them to a bowl along with the walnuts, pineapple, and raisins. Mix.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Serve on a salad plate and garnish with fresh mint. Accompany your dish with a delicious cold Christmas punch.
