This apple salad recipe is a twist on the traditional Christmas recipe, but for people looking to eat healthier and with less sugar or calories. It is also ideal for the little ones in the house, because it is still the delicious apple salad but in an incredible version. Try it for these Christmas seasons!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 apples
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups greek yogurt, sugarfree
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk, with 50% less sugar
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Peel the apples, cut them into medium cubes and reserve in a bowl with water and a few drops of lemon.
Strain the apples and add them to a bowl along with the walnut, pineapple and raisins. Mixture.
Add the Greek yoghurt and the condensed milk. Integrate all the ingredients well.
Serve on a salad plate and garnish with fresh mint. Accompany your dish with a delicious cold Christmas punch.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a salad plate.

TIPS

You can make this recipe without condensed milk to remove all the sugar, adding half a cup more of Greek yogurt and a little stevia.
