Ambrosia Salad

A classic holiday no-bake recipe, ambrosia salad features an unbeatable fruit medley with tropical flavors often combined with whipped cream and mini marshmallows. This Mexican take on ambrosia is prepared with red apples, canned pineapple, pecans, raisins, and yogurt for a decadent dessert worthy of gods.

  • 2 cups red apple, cut into medium-sized cubes
  • 1 cup canned pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple syrup
  • 1/4 cups raisins

  • Using a peeler, remove apple skins. Cut apples and pineapples into small-sized cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix apples, canned pineapple, pecans, marshmallows, yogurt, pineapple syrup, and raisins. Mix well. Adjust seasoning.
  • Serve ambrosia salad. Garnish with more pecans and marshmallows.
