You can not miss this classic and delicious marshmallow salad in your Christmas dinner, since besides being an American classic it is delicious for the combination of fruits in syrup, nuts, yoghurt and chocolates. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups Red Apple, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1 cup small marshmallow
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cups pineapple syrup
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • to taste walnut, to decorate
  • to taste small marshmallow, to decorate

Preparation

With the help of a peeler, remove the peel from the apples. Cut in cubes with the pineapple.
In a bowl mix the apple, the pineapple in syrup, the nut, the chocolates, the yogurt, the syrup of the pineapple and the raisins. Mix well and rectify seasoning.
Serve and decorate with more nuts and chocolates.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad as a side dish at your Christmas dinner.

TIPS

You can substitute yogurt for cream.
