  • 4 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, more extra for the grill
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

  • Preheat the grill. When the grill is hot, varnish it with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the chicken breasts and put them on the grill for 4 minutes each side.
  • In a large bowl mix the olive oil, the Italian seasoning, the juice and grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. Reserve two tablespoons of the dressing mixture
