Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, more extra for the grill
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups black olives
  • 1/2 cups feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onions, Thin sliced ​​slice
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, clean and chopped into pieces
  • lemon zest
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Preheat the grill. When the grill is hot, varnish it with olive oil.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts and put them on the grill for 4 minutes each side.
In a large bowl mix the olive oil, the Italian seasoning, the juice and grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. Reserve two tablespoons of the dressing mixture
Add the olives, cheese, onion, cherry tomato and lettuce to the rest of the dressing mixture. Mix until homogeneous, careful not to crush the ingredients.
Divide the salad into 4 plates and top with the chicken breasts. You can cut them into strips if you prefer.
Finish the dish by adding the dressing you set aside.

PRESENTATION

You can also serve everything in a large salad bowl.

no veo en los super ese sasonador hola que lleva el zasonador italiano y por que se puede sustituir gracias

buena buena ninguna, excepto sustituir el aceite de oliva por de canola o maíz
