Mediterranean Cold Fusilli

This delicious cold pasta salad is perfect for a hot day, it includes surimi, peppers, olives, celery, and lemon. Give it a try!

  • 1 package fusilli pasta
  • 500 grams olive oil spray
  • 200 grams surimi, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell peppers, red diced
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers, yellow diced
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, green diced
  • 1/2 cups black olives, slices
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 12 chives, whole for garnish
  • 1 sprig celery, diced
  • 1 lime
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Cook the pasta in two liters of water.
  • Drain and chill.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooled pasta with all the ingredients.
  • Pour in Mazola Olive and Soy oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
