  • 1/2 cups avocado
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 cuaresmeño chile
  • 1 yellow corn, whole
  • 1/2 cups cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

  • On a cutting board, use your Victorinox® Wavy Knife to chop the lettuce, avocado, tomato, and cucumber.
  • In a grill, add the oil and cook the chicken, cuaresmeño pepper, and corn for 15 minutes; season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • On a cutting board, use your Victorinox® Wavy Knife to slice the chicken into fajitas, the pepper, and remove the corn kernels.
  • For the cilantro vinaigrette, blend the cilantro with lime juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
