Mint Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup Oli de Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup peppermint, in clean leaves

  • Chop the mint with a single cut and set aside.
  • Mix the lemon juice, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle in the Nutriolli® extra virgin olive oil and whisk to incorporate air and form the vinaigrette.
  • Add the mint and store in a container.
