Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup Oli De Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup peppermint, clean sheets

Preparation

Chop the mint with a single cut and reserve.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper, add the Oli de Nutriolli® extra virgin olive oil in a thread and beat to incorporate air and form the vinaigrette.
Add the mint and store in a container.

PRESENTATION

Place the vinaigrette in a serving container or bottle.

TIPS

Don't chop the mint too much and don't wait too long to add it to the vinaigrette, otherwise it will rust.
