2 cups couscous, rehydrated
1 tomato, large and firm, cut into cubes
1 can corn kernels, drained
1/4 Romaine lettuces, disinfected and chopped
1/2 cups parsley, chopped and disinfected
1/2 cups chives, chopped and disinfected
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime juice
salt , and pepper to taste

Place the cups of already rehydrated Couscous as indicated by the box on a salad bowl
Add all the ingredients to the salad bowl and mix with a fork to avoid mashing the Couscous
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve.
