Mixed Couscous Salad

  • 2 cups couscous, rehydrated

  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 1/4 Romaine lettuces, disinfected and chopped

  • Place the cups of already rehydrated Couscous as indicated by the box on a salad bowl
  • Add all the ingredients to the salad bowl and mix with a fork to avoid mashing the Couscous
  • Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve.
