Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups couscous, hydrous
  • 1 tomtato, large and firm cut into cubes
  • 1 can whole corn kernels, drained
  • 1/4 Romaine lettuce, disinfected and chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups chives, chopped and disinfected
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place the cups of Cuscous already hydrated as indicated by the brand of the box, on a salad bowl
Add to the salad bowl all the ingredients and mix with a fork to avoid beating the Couscous
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve it.

Ideal to accompany meats or fish.
