If you like couscous try this mixed couscous salad recipe, it will give you a lot of flavor and all the nutrients of its ingredients.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of couscous hydrous
  • 1 tomtato large and firm cut into cubes
  • 1 can of whole corn kernels drained
  • 1/4 of Romaine lettuce disinfected and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of parsley chopped and disinfected
  • 1/2 cup of chives chopped and disinfected
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place the cups of Cuscous already hydrated as indicated by the brand of the box, on a salad bowl
Add to the salad bowl all the ingredients and mix with a fork to avoid beating the Couscous
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve it.
