If you like couscous try this mixed couscous salad recipe, it will give you a lot of flavor and all the nutrients of its ingredients.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of couscous hydrous
  • 1 piece of tomato large and firm cut into cubes
  • 1 can of whole corn kernels drained
  • 1/4 of piece of Romaine lettuce disinfected and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley chopped and disinfected
  • 1/2 Cup of scallion chopped and disinfected
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Add to the salad bowl all the ingredients and mix with a fork to avoid beating the Couscous
