Mixed Rice Salad

Fresh salad made with ingredients that we always have in the refrigerator.
Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1/2 lettuce, disinfected ball
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, washed
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 limes, extract the juice
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomato into eighths, and tear the lettuce by hand to achieve not too small pieces.
  • In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients and let them rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
