1 cup rice, cooked
1/2 lettuce, disinfected ball
1 yellow bell pepper, washed
1 tomato
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 limes, extract the juice
1 tablespoon basil
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomato into eighths, and tear the lettuce by hand to achieve not too small pieces.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients and let them rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
