Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of rice Cooked
  • 1/2 piece of lettuce disinfected ball
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper washed
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 4 spoonfuls of fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 pieces of green lemon get the juice
  • 1 tablespoon of basil
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomato in eighths and the lettuce must be split with the hands to obtain not very small pieces.
