Fresh salad made with ingredients that we always have in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup rice, Cooked
  • 1/2 lettuce, disinfected ball
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, washed
  • 1 tomtato
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 lemons, get the juice
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomato in eighths and the lettuce must be split with the hands to obtain not very small pieces.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
