2 tablespoons brown sugar
white rum
1/4 melons, peeled and chopped
2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 pineapple, cut into cubes

In a mortar, or if you don’t have one, in a bowl with a wooden spoon, add the mint, sugar, lime juice, and a splash of rum.
In a bowl, add all the fruit and the mojito mixture and mix gently to ensure everything is homogeneous.
