Mojito-Style Fruit Salad

This fruit salad recipe is perfect to start a meal on a hot day, with the original touch of mojito flavor.

  • peppermint, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • white rum
  • 1/4 melons, peeled and chopped
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped

  • In a mortar, or if you don’t have one, in a bowl with a wooden spoon, add the mint, sugar, lime juice, and a splash of rum.
  • In a bowl, add all the fruit and the mojito mixture and mix gently to ensure everything is homogeneous.
