Ingredients

4 portions
  • mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 lemons, its juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • white rums
  • 1/4 cantaloupes, peeled and cut
  • 2 mangos, peeled and cut
  • 1 pineapple, diced

Preparation

In a mortar, or if you do not have one in a bowl and a wooden spoon add the mint, sugar, lemon juice and a splash of rum.
In a bowl add all the fruit and the mixture of mojito and mix carefully so that everything is homogeneous.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
