1/4 red onions, sliced into strips
1 cucumber, cut into small cubes
2 carrots, cut into small cubes
4 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons juice, of passion fruit
2 cups kale
4 tablespoons walnuts

In a bowl, place the mushrooms, onion, cucumber, and carrots, marinate with lemon juice and passion fruit juice for 20 minutes.
In a salad bowl, place the kale leaves, add the marinated vegetables, walnuts, and season with salt.
