  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt , to taste
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, raw
  • 1 cup chickpea , cooked
  • 2 cups cucumber, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt, skimmed
  • panela cheese, in pieces to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, in wedges

  • For the dressing, combine the yogurt, pickles, salt, and pepper.
