2 cups spinach, raw
1 cup chickpea , cooked
2 cups cucumber, in cubes
4 tablespoons plain yogurt, skimmed
panela cheese, in pieces to taste
2 tomatoes, in wedges

For the dressing, combine the yogurt, pickles, salt, and pepper.
