Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups pickle, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, raw
  • 1 cup chickpea, cooked
  • 2 cups cucumber, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt, skim
  • panela cheese, in pictures to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, in segments

Preparation

Combine rosemary with garlic in a container together with spinach, chickpeas and cucumber.
For the dressing, combine yogurt, pickles, salt and pepper.
Join the rest of the ingredients.
