  • 1 red sangria lettuce
  • 1 cup green beans, blanched
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1 cup canned tuna in water, drained
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 4 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cups kalamata olive
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1/3 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon, for the vinaigrette

  • Place the boiled eggs in a Ziploc® SUSO bag. Gently rub and press to remove the shell. Remove the eggs from the Ziploc® SUSO bag, cut into quarters, and set aside.
  • Add the torn frisée lettuce, green beans, tuna, capers, potatoes, anchovy fillets, and olives to a Ziploc® SUSO bag.
  • In another Ziploc® SUSO bag, mix the vinaigrette ingredients and shake until combined.
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the Nicoise salad and add the eggs to prevent them from breaking. Take it anywhere and enjoy a fresh salad.
