Oriental Salad

The oriental salad will bring a new flavor to your table. The salad fuses flavors of peanut, soy, ginger, and mandarins.

  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoons ginger powder
  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • 6 cups spinach, chopped
  • 300 grams mandarin orange wedges
  • 200 grams chinese green bean

  • Start by preparing the dressing in a pan over high heat. Mix the oil, soy sauce, sesame, garlic, and ginger. Remove half of the dressing and set aside to dress the salad.
  • In the remaining dressing in the pan, add the chicken, stir and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and place in a large mixing bowl, let cool.
  • Add the spinach, mandarin, and Chinese green beans.
  • Add the dressing you set aside earlier and the sesame oil.
  • Stir and serve.
